1 x 300ml thickened cream
400g vanilla yoghurt
100g white marshmallows
1 tbsp icing sugar
Beat cream until firm and peaks form. Fold in yoghurt, marshmallows and icing sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spoon into 6 serving glasses. – Tracy (Perth failsafe support group).
